WFAS and ECF signed Cooperative Frame Agreement

16th June, 2008, Deng Liangyue, President of WFAS met ECF delegation. Mr. Visscher, head of the delegateon and vice president of ECF introduced the basic condition of the foundation. ECF is founded in April 2007, its head quarter is in Netherlands, its aim is to promote China and Netherlands friendly communication and integrated terrace of economical development.

To the three goals of the visit, the delegation held deep communicateon with Deng Liangyue and exchanged their minds: about the earthquake in 12th, May, Leen Visscher, the vice president, on his own behalf, donates a 1000 square meter hospital with medical equipments for quake victims; ECF will lead benefit performances and donate the money to a TCM hospital in Shaanxi; WFAS and ECF will discuss to establish Europe TCM international cooperation center in Netherlands.

Mr. Visscher says China and Europe have been keeping long-term friendship on acupuncture and TCM. WFAS and ECF exert their won effect in their won areas and makes profound influence. Taking account of the development of acupuncture and TCM in Netherlands and other European countries, both sides should establish the cooperative center to develop acupuncture and TCM training, examination, and unfold wild cooperation with European universities to develop education and spread advanced treatment technique and methods. Such deeds must bring about deep and profound influence to acupuncture and TCM.

After cautious and deep discuss, the both sides make agreement. Deng Liangyue and Visscher signed Cooperative Frame Agreement on Europe TCM international cooperation center.

WFAS and ECF will do their best to promote the development of acupuncture and TCM in China and Europe; establishment of global international organization platform to support developing acupuncture and TCM; raise security, efficiency and quality of acupuncture and TCM; advance acupuncture and TCM to enter public medical care system.
